West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (WBSSC) has published an employment notification for the recruitment of Lower Division Clerk/ Assistant, Bhumi Sahayak, Amin, Draftsman, Krishi Prayukti Sahayak & Veterinary Pharmacist post. Interested and eligible SC/ ST candidates can apply online or offline on or before 07-11-2014 by 4:00 PM.

As per official stats, WBSSC is going to recruit candidates for various posts. There are total 414 vacancies are available in this recruitment. Those candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are only eligible to apply for this recruitment. Age Limit

Candidates age should not below than 18 years and not more than 45 years for Post no. 4 & 6

For Post no. 1, 2, 3 & 5: Age not below than 18 years and not exceed than 42 years as on 01-01-2014.

Educational Qualification

For Post No. 1 to 4: Madhyamik Examination / Class 10th of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.

For Post No. 2: Should Possess A Pass certificate in School Final/ Madhyamik Examination , Good working knowledge of written and spoken Bengali.

For Post No. 3: Pass in Madhyamik Examination

For Post No. 4: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSC.Three years’ experience in Survey Work

For Post No. 5: Higher Secondary, class 12th in Science with Biology as one of the subjects from WBCHSE or its equivalent

For Post No. 6: Class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/ Council.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Competitive Examinations, interview.

Online Submission:

Fill online application form with all correct details

Upload scanned photograph and signature on the application

Pay the Fee through Debit Cards / Credit Cards / Net banking of any bank

On successful submission of the application, system will generate reg no. note it down.

Online Submission Through TATHYA MITRA KENDRAS

Candidates can apply through The 1800 Tathya Mitra Kendras set up by the Govt. of West Bengal.

You just approach any of the Kendras with all required documents and a passport size photograph.

Tathya Mitra Kendras authorized staff will fill up the online application form .

All candidates should pay Rs. 40/- to the authorized staff of the Kendra

Offline Submission

Candidate need to download the application form from the official website. You can get the application from TATHYA MITRA KENDRAS which is authorized by the Commission to sell these forms at a price of Rs. 6/- . Candidates need to apply for this post in prescribed format with a unique number and bar code along with Postal order, by superscribing the envelope as “NAME OF THE Recruitment and the Name of The Post” and send to the Secretary-Cum-Controller of Examinations, West Bengal Staff Selection Commission, Mayukh Bhaban, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091.
